I don't know what to do anymore. I have really pushed myself last week on the treadmill and I was expecting a decent number when I weighed in this morning, I mean I would have even been happy with one pound. Instead I gained one pound. I cannot seem to get past this spot. I gain one and then loose that same one pound over and over again, no matter what I do. It is very discouraging.
On another note, the running is going well. I am able to run for 10 minutes straight on the treadmill before I have to stop. We will see when it gets warmer out how that translates outside!

I know how hard you worked this week and how you watched your eating. Sometimes it shows up the next week, so stick with it!
It does get discouraging, but do you feel better? If you have more energy and feel healthier, that is a huge benefit...although seeing your hard work translate on the scale is nice as well.
How much water are you drinking? That can make a huge difference. Have you noticed an improvement in your muscle tone? You might be losing fat but gaining muscle. You might want to look into buying a scale that can read your body fat percentage and hydration level, I have one and love it.
Whatever you do, don't give up. Keep on chugging along and I know you'll get the results you want!
Thanks Melissa! I just purchased one of those scales online. I try to drink a lot of water, but I don't always get the amount that I should, especially with the running. I have noticed an improvement in my muscles, so that is probably part of it. And I do feel better. I definitely have more energy so that is a huge benefit!
Just keep at it. I was gonna say all the same things as Melissa but she beat me to it.
