We have just realized that Cleo has more problems than we thought. When we got back from vacation we noticed that a lot of the fur on her belly is gone. Mom and I researched this on the Internet and found out that it is from a phsycological disorder. The problem is that she is continually cleaning herself and the fur in that area disappears. We tryed to watch her all the time to stop her from cleaning, but it is just too hard to watch her every minute of the day, so...this is my idea.
Let me just tell you that she hates me right now! She refuses to walk because she is not used to the shirt. I had to put the shirt on backwards because when I put it on the right way it did not cover her belly. Then I had to pin it on the side because she kept walking on the end of it with her back feet and then she would just fall over. I feel bad for her, but I think this is the only way to get her to stop licking herself!

I ended up changing the shirt around again so that it is on the right way. I felt bad for her because it was digging into her arms and she looked really uncomfortable!
Oh. My. Goodness. That is the most hysterical thing I have ever seen!! Where did you get that shirt? It's actually meant for animals though right? I'm sure that even if it's not covering her belly, it's probably harder for her to reach it with that on. But now her stress level might just escalate to the point that she chews off a foot or something!
Poor little Cleo. She does have a rough life.
Yes - It is meant for animals - dogs to be exact. She actually seems to be getting used to it, she doesn't seem too stressed and, surprising enough, she doesn't hate me either - she slept on my lap for a little while after I put it on her! She puts up with so much from me!!
that is really funny! poor little Cleo!

It's a rough life for her! I think she looks kind of cute in it though!
That is hilarious! What is it with your pets? They all have pyschological problems. Even more unbelievable is that they make shirts for animals. At least she seems to have forgiven you!
